Whatever you like to eat, this class can show you how to build it without dirtying every dish in the cook box. How to get good food out to the table hot without a lot of trouble. This is a glorious Chicken Pad Thai.

We will cover food that has to be kept cold and food that doesn't. Learn how to keep ice days longer than you thought you could. If coolers aren't your thing, we will show you the foods and baking that works best for no coolers.

You don't have to be a Guide to sign up. This is a weekend Canoe trip on beautiful Cobbossee stream. We will teach paddle strokes and then paddle about 4 hours to camp where we will teach how to set up a wilderness camp kitchen and a solid camp in any conditions. We will teach camp cooking over an open fire, tarp setups, and wood splitting. All food and canoe gear is included in the price. ($400 for the weekend). Please provide your own tent and sleep system. This class will enable you to have the skills to stay safe and comfortable in the wilderness.
