Learn an efficient, proper J stroke. Learn how to "rest" in a stroke so you can paddle longer and not wear yourself out. Let's put 3 effecient, powerful canoe strokes Guides use in YOUR toolbox too.
You don't have to be a Guide to sign up. This is a weekend Canoe trip on beautiful Cobbossee stream. We will teach paddle strokes and then paddle about 4 hours to camp where we will teach how to set up a wilderness camp kitchen and a solid camp in any conditions. We will teach camp cooking over an open fire, tarp setups, and wood splitting. All food and canoe gear is included in the price. ($400 for the weekend). Please provide your own tent and sleep system. This class will enable you to have the skills to stay safe and comfortable in the wilderness.
